Vinyasa Power Yoga
This is a full mind-body workout that increases physical strength, balance, and flexibility, and provides greater joint mobility, mental focus and an increase in energy levels. Yoga practitioners start to live more in the present moment, decreasing any signs of stress, anxiety and depression. With a strong body comes a strong mind, and Vinyasa yoga will help you enhance both. Suitable for all levels beginner and up.

CORE Strength & Conditioning
This is a circuit training class designed to provide a superior full-body cardiovascular, strength, and stability workout in minimal time. The program is designed to maximize motivation and decrease monotony through regular variations in exercise protocols and interval durations. Nexus Martial Arts & Fitness is the first training center in the United States certified in the cutting-edge Burn With Kearns method developed by top trainer and fitness columnist, Kevin Kearns. Suitable for all levels beginner and up.
